The people who knew Joe Moran say collectively when he was living he touched their lives.  An energy and lust for life made a magnetic personality as he embraced happiness and joy each day. His paintings reflect his vision of the coast on which he lived.

After his passing in 1999 family and friends produced a documentary describing their experiences of a man who left a legacy of art for all to enjoy.

The documentary is divided into three segments. Soon a better movie quality will be provided but for now enjoy “Rhythm of the Water”.
